MY MOTHER

My mother🕊️ was this nice, accommodating and a no nonsense kind of person, who wouldn't hesitate to put you in your place if you too do..lol. When we moved to our site in Ikotun-Abaranje from Isheri-Ojodu, she started selling cooked food as she's always available, our house turned to a mini daycare centre where people drop their kids in the morning and come pick them later in the day. In a face me I slap you,in which we occupied two room and a shop attached to the rooms at the from, where my dad does his business.  A house where we the occupants live like family. Despite the children of the house owner being there, there was no segregation amongst us. We buy and-co dresses during festive seasons,go to tv stations, share food and drinks without no care in the world ( happy memories) A period when children could walk around in pant(dross) witho...
